"Excellent all the way in all aspects."

"The property was nice overall. I saw but did not visit the pool and tennis court and basketball court. Staff was polite and respectful. The two towers were pretty much identical but one was an apartment and one was the actual hotel. The shower door couldn’t close properly so water would run outside the shower and make puddles on the bathroom floor. Some mold was noticed in the shower ceiling. "

"Excellent stay. The staff at this hotel are amazing. From Earl, William, Kim and the team in the exec lounge to Babu and the guys on the beach they looked after us so well. Hotel itself was spotless and had some great eating options, Tori and Indian were very good. Even though I think the hotel could do with a refurb in the rooms, they were spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had a very relaxing week, so much so we didn’t venture to any shops just enjoyed the location and being very well...

"My stay was incredible. My room was gorgeous, the facilities were amazing and the staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. On top if that, the food was superb and everywhere was so clean. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job, not just with my room but with all the facilites at the hotel. I will definitely be staying here during my next trip to Dubai."

"Great stay at Dukes the Palm, loved it there. Only issue was the lazy river which was shut for two weeks for maintenance which was a huge shame as I really wanted to use with my daughter. Similarly the bathroom did not have a bath and I thought it did which was a bit of a pain for bathing my daughter but the hotel did it provide a portable bath. The food was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed it!"
